Who We Are

Spyware-Experts.com was created by Jim and Paul McDonald, brothers and IT professionals who have a combined 30+ years experience in the computing industry.

Over the last several years, both Jim and Paul noticed an emerging trend within the computer/security industry which was the exponential growth of spyware infections (now more prevalent than virus infections) and the manner in which those programs were finding their way onto unsuspecting user’s computers.

Over that time, they have together witnessed an extraordinary number of cases where a computer has been infected with spyware and has become almost unusable, and where the user is left completely frustrated by their inability to remove these infections on their own without hiring expensive consulting or taking their entire computer into a repair shop.  Seeing these frustrations first hand, Jim and Paul decided to put a large effort into helping people clean their computers of spyware and keep them clean.

However, they encountered one huge problem – too many people to help and not enough time or resources.

Because of these experiences, Jim and Paul got together to brainstorm how they could most help such a large group of people and the answer came to them in the form of this website – Spyware-Experts.com.

It has become Jim and Paul’s mission to not only help as many people as they can keep their computers free from spyware, but also to educate those same people as to the dangers of spyware and threat it poses to one’s personal and financial security.   To that end, this website will continue to provide as much information as possible to help users to do exactly that.
