Additional removal steps if you are blocked trying to download or install Spyware Doctor
Bookmark this page as you will need to return here after re-booting your computer.
1. Reboot your computer to enter “Safe Mode with Networking“.
- Just after the initial PC startup screen and just before the “Starting Windows” screen appears, press the F8 key (you may want to press F8 several times to be sure). You should see a screen that looks like the image below. If you miss it and Windows boots normally, re-boot your computer and try again.
2. Use the ↑ and ↓ keys on your keyboard to navigate to the “Safe Mode with Networking” choice. Press the “Enter” key to begin the safe mode boot up process.
3. Return to this page after your computer has booted into “Safe Mode with Networking“‘ – then click the button below to download Spyware Doctor.
Once Spyware Doctor is installed it will automatically launch an Intelliscan of your computer in safe mode. When the scan is complete, click the “Fix Checked” button and follow the instructions to complete the removal process.
**After this process is complete it is always a good idea to do a second scan of your computer. To do this, re-boot your computer again, enter Windows normally this time and run another scan with Spyware Doctor.
